Shipping policy

We will endeavour to ship your item to you as quickly as possible but please allow 1  business day for orders to be processed.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide

All orders being shipped will be shipped with Australia Post.

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Amie Louise Fine Jeweller Po box 10262, Mildura, Victoria 3502, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
